This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our website or submit a funding application. By submitting an application, you agree to these practices.
When you apply, we collect business and personal identifiers such as your name, business name, EIN where requested, date of birth where requested for HELOC-related applications, ownership details, addresses, email, and phone number. We collect application and financial information such as requested funding amount, time in business, revenue, credit-score range, property details for HELOC-related requests, bank statements, revenue or deposit history, existing debts, and other documents you choose to provide. We also collect technical and attribution data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, page URL, referrer, cookies, click identifiers, and advertising parameters through tools including Google Tag Manager, Stape, and Meta technologies.
We use your information to evaluate your funding eligibility, submit your application to funding providers and lenders, communicate with you about offers and status, and—where you consent—send marketing communications.
As an ISO/broker, sharing your information with funders is central to our service. By submitting an application, you authorize us to transmit your application and supporting documents to one or more third-party funding providers and lenders to obtain funding offers. You also authorize those funders and lenders to obtain consumer and/or business credit reports as part of their underwriting. We share information with service providers that support our operations, including Supabase for secure application and document storage, Close CRM for sales workflow, Telegram for internal lead notifications, hosting and infrastructure providers, Google Tag Manager and Stape for tag/server-side tracking, and Meta for advertising measurement. For Meta measurement, we may send hashed email and phone values, event identifiers, click identifiers, and website event data; we do not intentionally send raw email or phone values to the browser data layer. We may also share information as required by law, to protect our rights, or with professional advisors. Third-party funders and service providers have their own privacy and security practices, which we do not control.
By providing your phone number and submitting an application, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our representatives, including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, at the number provided, for purposes related to your application and our services. Consent is not a condition of funding. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing for advertising.
